I am a small business owner and I was in the middle of a consultation report for a client when my laptop crashed do to a trojan virus. Ed is awesome! I got a computer virus and was in the middle of teaching and grading online papers. He fixed it as a rush and didn't charge the extra since I teach. My laptop worked and looked just as it did before the crash. He even threw in a lap fan ($20). He was honest, fast and so nice. I'd recommend him to all and I will return.

Outstanding service....after having another tech charge me to tell me my computer was "fine" and knowing it wasn't fine I took it to Sac City Computer hub. Infected with a virus a I suspected without a blink of an eye my little sick laptop is back and running better than ever. But as important. The owner is just the nicest person in that refreshing sort of way!

Ed is a miracle worker!
After spilling my coffee on my laptop, I thought it was over. The unit wouldn't even start-up. But Sac City Computer Hub was able to run diagnostics for FREE and determined that the motherboard was still functional. They then proceeded to meticulously clean the internal components and replace only the parts that I had destroyed with coffee and got my laptop working like new! If you have any problems at all with your laptop, I highly recommend that you bring it to Sac City Computer Hub!

I bought a basic laptop last week from Sac City Computer Hub , and did not know that the laptop had only 1gb of RAM. I needed the speed to watch YouTube and it was very slow .... I brought it back to Ed the next day , and he exchanged me with another laptop with more RAM and faster processor all NO extra charge! Excellent service , and would recommend him to anyone . I've been meaning to Yelp Ed and his excellent service for some time now. A few months ago, my dinosaur computer (2008 MacBook) died. I debated seeing if I could salvage it or buy new. Extremely fast turnaround. I walked in with a broken screen and he ordered the part with extremely fast shipment. Once the part came in a few days later, I dropped off my laptop and within a half hour it was as good as new. If you live in midtown Sacramento, the speed and convenience is a huge plus.
